Fairness Invest
Backing teams that play fair.
Fairness Invest is the investment and holding company of Camilla Ley Valentin, founded on the proceeds of the Queue-it exit in 2020.

Fairness Invest is my investment and holding company.
I founded Fairness Invest after the Queue-it exit in 2020. Queue-it was built around a simple but powerful idea: online fairness for all.
Queue-it is a SaaS company that helps organizations manage high-demand online moments in a fair and reliable way. When demand is higher than capacity, access should be orderly, transparent and fair.
That principle shaped how I think about technology and business.
Through Fairness Invest, I invest in and build companies where the people, the product and the principles behind the business feel right. I care about fairness, long-term thinking, strong execution and teams who are building something useful.
The Story
Built on the idea of online fairness for all.
Fairness Invest was founded on the proceeds of the Queue-it exit in 2020.
At Queue-it, fairness meant building technology that helped companies and public institutions manage online demand in a more transparent and reliable way. Queue-it's virtual waiting room gives organizations real-time control over peak traffic and helps create fair access through mechanisms such as first-in-first-out, randomization and prioritization.
Fairness Invest carries that principle forward.
For me, fairness is about how companies are built, how people work together, how customers are treated, and whether the value created is real and lasting.

Libertia
Wholly ownedLibertia holds my ownership in Innomasters.
The name Libertia was chosen to honor my grandfather, who was a freedom fighter during World War II. Today, Innomasters works for European digital sovereignty, which is my way of making a small contribution to the future of Europe.
Innomasters is building the control and substrate layers for Europe's next cloud. The company develops open European cloud infrastructure software with a focus on interoperability, structured federation and long-term digital sovereignty across data centre environments.
Innomasters is also the founding industrial partner behind EUCLORA, the European Cloud Computing Research Alliance. EUCLORA is a permanent, neutral steward of open rules of engagement and resulting InnoFabric assets.
